Never received rebate reward prepaid gift card

I bought contact lenses. I submitted the documentation to acuvue for the rewards rebate. I received an email on September 25, 2020 saying my reward submission was formally approved and that I would receive m VISA card in 14 days. I have tried calling their customer service number, been put on hold for an eternity, directed to a voice mail, left 2 call back messages......no call back and no card.
