Tim Lyons of The Imaging Network (http://imagingnetworkonline.com/) in Glastonbury, Connecticut NEVER PAID ME for my x-ray films. Mr. Lyons and I had several conversations regarding him purchasing my films, the rate per pound, and that he would arrange for the barrels to be delivered to my house. This was all confirmed in e-mails so there was no chance of misinterpretation. I WAS LED TO BELIEVE that this would be a seamless process. I filled the barrels which were picked up and weighed by FedEx. The amount owed based upon the FedEx weight was $2000. The next thing I know I get a bill from FedEx for $500. There was never any discussion about my paying for the transportation. I tried contacting Tim Lyons many times over several months via email and phone calls to PAY ME $2000 for the x-rays. HE NEVER TOOK MY CALLS AND NEVER RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/connecticut/business-reviews/recycling-metal/the-imaging-network-llc-in-glastonbury-ct-87117154/) who also could never reach Tim Lyons. I then contacted the Connecticut Attorney General, who agreed to take on the case and told me they would contact me with any developments. I never heard from the attorney general so I followed up with another call. They told me they had not made any headway in the case. I am writing this review so other people are aware of how Tim Lyons of The Imaging Network conducts business and takes advantage of a supplier. Looking back on this now while writing this review, it all seems like ONE BIG SCAM.
