I just had my second visit to the Cypress Creek office and have no complaints from either visit. My first time, a year ago, I will say I had about a 45 minute wait to be seen. On this visit I showed up early and was take in 10 minutes early. After an extensive exam I was out in 45 minutes. I was not encouraged to purchase new glasses as my prescription hardly changed. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. I have read many bad reviews of this organization and I very seldom write reviews but felt it necessary to give my point of view this time. I also did sit to get a quote on new glasses and was not encouraged to purchase as I have been at so many other facilities. I was given the option to go home a think about a future purchase.
