I regret beyond words the very second we installed this utter trash on our computers. Their support is this new age *** of having to pay to talk to someone, only to be left with "well, not sure what to tell ya!" as their so-called "suppor" Otherwise you are given a random email which is as useless as it is pointless. I can't wait for the new fiscal year when we hit "UNINSTALL" I wish we could go back to the old days, when we were able to deal with problems the old fashioned way at high noon. It would save others from having to be sucked into their scamware at the same time. If you want to know how their software helps a business, imagine the most pissed off and angry you have ever been, and now imagine you had to PAY to get to that point. That is how well Mysis software works for you.
