My stay was not pleasant and employees were not professional

Me and girlfriend book a room at oyo hotel in New Jersey for a king size bed room and a pond arrival we were put in a nasty room not even king size a double bed standard room which the outlets were not working ,ac not working,nor tvs. Then we were sent to yet another room which had multiple problems as well and then another. My issue didnt get resolve a pond talking to staff they were no help and Im professional as well. The final I got switched to was a handicap room and in that room there was Calais in my bed . Ive also took a video of what I found and told the staff at the front desk and didnt get no help they were very rude. I would like to be credited something or have this resolved ASAP.... Thank you My name is Larry Barnes which the $53.68 was taking from my card and Paige Brooks is my girlfriend which paid the deposit. User's recommendation: Do not book from there it is nasty not cleaned nor was the staff professional at all I will neva book there in the near future.
