My last stay at the hotel

I I have stayed at this 5 star hotel, expecting the exclusive service and great amenities. In my experience, it was not a 5 star treatment. It was nothing special. I am saying it cause I stayed at many properties across the world even marked with no stars and had a better time. The bedding was far from perfect, weary and lumpy while mattress was too soft. The housekeeping never visited me during my two-night stay, and the receptionist explained that they did not want to disturb me when I was in. The truth is, I was not in my room for the most part. I doubt I will visit the hotel again in the future.

This is not 5 stars, but 3. Dirty, the staff is lazy, responds to requests for a very long time. The renovation has not been done since it was built. We stayed in Netanya.
