My computer is working better since reimage scans and replaces files, so I would say it does a good job.

Last week when I tried to use reimage to scan, Avast said it had a virus and quarantined it. This kept happening for several days and reimage didn't respond . I uninstalled Avast, and tried again, but reimage would start a scan and then disappear. Finally, last night, it was able to complete the whole scan. I'm happy.
