My card was stolen

I purchased my card today at 12:02 May 6th 2020 at Walmart in Durham North Carolina and I took a picture of my card and my receipt and my card got stolen I called the card and they told me that someone purchased something on your website TAOBAO.COM for $494 and $0.95 the transaction is pending still but I didn't authorize the transaction and they said I had to call you to cancel the transaction so it can be refunded back to my card I never heard of your company I went on the website I don't have any reason I don't purchase anything online
