My calls and email about their technician damage to my property are being ignored

A light fixture on an outside wall of our house was damaged by the technician servicing our home for pests on the very first visit. I have been calling and emailing this company for almost two weeks now and I am not closer to solving the issue now than I was the first time I call. The only reason we haven't cancelled them is because we have a legally binding written contract! NEVER again! User's recommendation: Do not sign in with this company.
