My 4g is not working

I've called helpline twice today that my 4g services is'nt working and all they do that send me mb settings and tell me restart my mb after applying the settings I am so [censored]ed up right now can you guys please help me with this i've already reset all my network settings please for god sake sort out whatever the issue is 🙏 nd let enjoy my 4g in peace My number [protected]
