My 2020 Toyota RAV4 has a brake failure

My wife was driving the car, she came to stop and the brake pedal went to floor, dropped the car at Chantilly Toyota, nothing has been done yet, No communication whatsoever, I had to go there after work to prove it to them, brakes are failing, I thought I got my wife a very reliable car! Need help
