Motorola customer support is horrible after they take your $

Ordered my items online at motorola.com. After I paid, I received an email stating that my order was on hold. The email stated I should call them to resolve the hold. I checked my bank to see if payment was processed, it was. I called the phone. I called the number numerous times (yes, during business hours), and was unable to connect. Finally I send an email stating the $975 has cleared my bank and if my order is on hold, Motorola should call, not send and email. After that, I did talk to someone. I asked why was my order not processing, why is it on hold. The response; " I don't see any reason for hold. I will try and put the order through manually. " then, the date of arrival for my phone and accessories changed from 6/18 to 6/20. I did get an email stating the date changed but they said the promise date is still the 20th. But the original order shows a date of 6/18. Finally my order shipped and I replied to their email stating the 'promise date is not going to happen as well. Most of the emails I received from Motorola did not address the issue. They all were form letters saying we understand your frustration. They really didn't because they were avoiding the issue. The issue: I paid, I was given a date of arrival, my order was put on hold for no apparent reason, Motorola was unwilling to acknowledge the shipment date changed, it's after the 20th and I don't have what I paid for. Horrible customer support after they get your money.
