We repeatedly told Cintas that we would not sign a long term contract. They said no problem. They then offered to lower our rates. So we read the agreement, blurry as it was, as a 52 week contract. Now after 2 years, our prices have doubled and we are cancelling and they are claiming that we signed a 60 month contract and are demanding a $10k early termination fee. We will NEVER do business with Cintas and recommend that no one else does either. BEWARE!
