When removing the steam cleaner from the package and assembling it, start cleaning that one tuft of bristles fell out of the brush. After 15 minutes the steam cleaner started to close in the field, there was no nozzle to make it easier to copy my written complaint which 08.11.2018. sent to the store 110.shop: Hello! Yesterday (07.11.) I received an order from your online store, and there was a problem with the Hoover 2 in 1 steam slot.
