Missing expensive jewelry

I was a patient in UH Emergency Dept on Nov 8, 2018. My jewelry was removed by XRay Technician and my Nurse. I asked her to keep my jewelry as for safe keeping, she replied, “I am giving you a plastic bag. As a result of this negligence I Jewelry was missing from my personal possession. I have contacted and reached out to every source possible to get UH Hospital to take responsibility for their negligence and retrieving my property or the worth there of. Police Report at UH police Headquarters. This is serious and I am asking for help and have been since November 8, 2018. Please help me. 216-832-****.
