I have been a member for several years. My sister and I went for a Microderm Abrasion treatment in Franklin, Mass. We had been scheduled for 10 and 11. We were both out by 10:45. The microderm came with no facial at all. Just the microderm. I asked the manager why he bothered to schedule us for 2 appointments and why we did not get the facial. He had no response. Each microderm is two visits or $100 per person. Did not get our moneys worth. Would like a return of a couple credits. Not liking Franklin Mass at all. Much better in the Villages Florida. Massage Envy should make sure each franchise does the same work at each salon. Knowing what you should be receiving with every treatment should be standard practice.
