Message during Couvid-19 crisis
Hello, I have been trying to call the office of the Hakim Optical location that I use to order my lense and that I have been ordering for over 20 years. I notice that the phone just rings and rings. One location asked for a remote access code. I think it would be great if you could have a voicemail directive instruction customers/clients and how and where they can order, ask questions, get feedback. Instead of just having the phones ring and ring. Also, online it says that the locations are open. If you are not open, it would be helpful to say this. Finally, can customer order glasses/lense online? These type of information would be helpful. Thank you very much Marque da Silva Landells
