Mattress scam

Update by user Oct 09, 2020 I called again and asked to speak to person who sold me the mattress. They said he no longer worked there. They told me to follow steps to file a warranty claim. 30 minutes of measuring, taking numerous pictures, filling out questionnaire etc. Still no response. Very unhappy with Becker Furniture. Now I’m stuck with awful mattress. Original review posted by user Sep 09, 2020 I bought a $2000 mattress at Becker Furniture. After having it only two weeks, I had permanent divets where I slept and the side felt like it collapsed while getting out of bed. Very uncomfortable also. I called the store because they have a 30 day comfort guarantee. I was asked if I purchased their mattress protector. I said I was never given that option and nothing was mentioned about needing it for warranty. I bought one at Penneys so the mattress was always protected. They said they couldnt help me and I should deal with Beautyrest directly. What a scam! And after repeatedly requesting a call from manager, I was never contacted. I will never buy anything from them again. User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Becker. Poor customer service.
