This past season Jan, Feb, and March I had booked these three months at the Fort Myers Beach RV Resort. Trust me this is no resort in my book. Very small and tight roads make it very difficult to maneuver in. Having a knee replaced a few months before departing Nebraska, I had issues itch this surgery in February. I received a note from the surgeons physicians assistant to return to Nebraska. This letter was turned into the Encore office at that time requesting a refund for March which was for $1,400.00 plus. I have checked multiple times and no response. I would NEVER recommend or stay in an Encore property again.
