I order food from the Grand Lux Cafe at least three or four times a month. I never had a problem until recently. This is at the Sawgrass Mills Mall location in Sunrise, FL. I ordered takeout and when I arrived I walked in and forgot my mask in the car. Being a restaurant owner, I know the law and policies. The manager came up very rudely and confrontational and said Sir you need to leave you can't come in here. He was blocking where I was walking and the way he was standing seem as if I was getting attacked. I said I am sorry I went to my car and got the mask. I did inform him that you have to be careful because there are some people that cannot wear the mask due to medical issues. I did inform him that I do feel as if I was getting attacked and I have never seen this treatment from this location. This occurred on Tuesday 8/25 at 9:00 PM. If you can please go over this with this manager and I hope to see a better attitude next time if there is a next time. User's recommendation: I am hesitant with this type of management.
