I am so sick of apria and their automated calling. I can 3-4 calls a month trying to set up a concentrator check. It only needs to be checked every 6 months. I have called so many times and they obviously have no one capable of fixing this issue of robo calling and robo letters. It really cannot be that hard. Last week I got more calls and letters, called in arranged for the check in july of 2019. that will be 6 mos. today one week later, i am getting more calls and another letter. how hard. I'll bet that if they subtracted the time and money spent on theses calls and letters, my bill would be mostly paid.. they have no way to complain other then I can pass on to a team leader. LOL they have no one who wants to own up to being in charge.
