Lousy customer service, never responds to voice messages or emails

I have made 3 email attempts and 3-4 phone calls trying to get customer service. The antenna does not work and we want to return it for a refund. nobody responds. Customer service is horrible. my phone number is 406-239-**** and email is gene.theresa@***.com the antenna was shipped to us 10/7/2019 and we are still waiting for a response since 10/18/2019 Theresa Goforth

》 I had no problem with ordering or getting my items. My deal is I do not think any exists there. I have sent 3 emails about their dvr. The guide is in military time and was asking if there is a fix.
