Lousy customer service and refund processing times

Update by user Jan 13, 2021 Not resolved but marked as resolved!!! Original review updated by user Jan 13, 2021 COK AMD 5 Dec got cancelled, Sanjay from customer service called my parents. Sent out emails with ticket details and card transactions details No response. Sent out reminder email after 5 days - no response - I had cc/ed Ms. Nehha Bora - Nodal Officer and Ms. Vida D'Souza Appellate authority : No response from them either. Customer service phone never answered: It is a shame that atleast 1 star rating needs to be given - in reality they are not even worth 0 star :( From website: Refunds For any refund related queries (travel agents/customers), you can write to us with your PNR details to feedback at goair dot in Grievance Redressal In compliance with The Civil Aviation Requirements, if you are not satisfied with our response and wish to escalate your concerns, please contact our Nodal Officer, Ms. Nehha Bora at nodalofficer at goair dot in. You can make a further appeal to our Appellate Authority, Ms. Vida D'Souza at appellateauthority at goair dot in. Please contact them between Monday - Friday (0930hrs - 1800hrs). Inspite of several emails, no response whatsoever!! No email listing for HQ Customer Redressal or Customer Advocacy
