Lost my expensive frames and won’t replace them

I took my Oakley Metal Plate frames ($300) in to Target Optical in Valparaiso, Indiana to simply have lenses installed. They're telling me that they've "lost" my glasses and that they're not going to replace my frames. User's recommendation: Do NOT trust Target Optical with your personal frames. You have no recourse for reimbursement.
