Lost calls, poor connections, no recourse

I have tried to contact credo about the persistent problems with my phone and their service. I can no longer be heard on the phone when in my office. Many calls just do not register on my phone but go straight to voicemail and I do not know about them until I check the phone at the end of the day. I get no notice of a message. Dropped calls are constant. I switched to Credo from Verizon and have a 2 year contract but this is just not working for me. I tried to get on to the mobile service help but they do not accept my password. I cannot waste a day trying to connect with them to get this resolved.
