This company is a disgraceful sorry excuse! How they are allowed to continue doing business is beyond compression. I bought a refrigerator from Lowes on sale and xpo sent me two non English speaking weaklings who couldn't lift a twin mattress. I couldn't even communicate that I needed them to lift the fridge a foot up onto a porch and then they refused to deliver it. I tried to call to express my displeasure and could not get through. They returned my refrigerator to Lowes and I had to buy it again and lost the sale price! I strongly recommend you do not purchase items from Lowes if they need to be delivered. User's recommendation: Do not purchase items that require delivery!!
