My mother fell in her kitchen. She was in pain and called me, and was sitting in a chair and could not move without pain. I told her to push her Life Alert. They called paramedics and stayed on until cleared from the paramedics. Then they called later to find out what happened and how she was doing. She fractured her right hip and could not put weight on it for 30 days. She now can walk with a walker and is doing well. Thank you for your concern even after you handled her call!!! - E.C.
