Lied to about move in

I was skeptical about moving into the storage space and when I did make the decision to get into the storage unit I was told that I would only have to pay $1 and then I'll pay a $24 admin fee which would have been a $25 move-in and at this time I was told that my October's rent would have been free that would have been my free month October I had a zero balance but then I had gotten a email saying that I owed $20 for my storage space and I was calling the storage to verify what was going on because the person that signed me up told me that my October would have been free my first payment would have been November 1st or around November and I called to explain this and another regional manager had an attitude with me on the phone when I was expressing what was told to me upon me getting a unit I don't mind paying for anything but the thing is when a person works somewhere and lied to get a person to do something is completely absurd and it is not right you cannot hold a customer to what someone else told themwhen I signed the kiosk it was grayed out for October and she told me that it would have been emailed to me showing that I had owed no rent for the month of October October was my free rent but they sent me an email before then telling me I owe money for it I don't like to be lied to or stare in the wrong direction and then just because a person work there and is a regional manager gets an attitude with the customer about what was told in them you is foul and out of order for the regional manager that cocked an attitude with me and gave me a number to a person who I left a message for them to call me back and they never return my phone call and I don't appreciate that you guys are liars and I will never use your services again if it is ever upon a worker lying to me or any other customer just to get them to rent out of storage unit and the better business bureau needs to be checking into people like you if you're lying to people about business telling them one thing and doing something else after they have acquired your services and going forward everybody will be recorded so this is your warning no more of the BS because if you don't have proof it's like it never happened and that will never take place again this time you will get away with the lies being told about renting your storage unit but never again in the future.. not only that they do have cameras so they should be able to run them cameras back and see and listen to what was being said that day when I actually got the unit so therefore you do have proof and if you don't have voice recognition on there then that's your fault too nobody has to lie about nothing like that if a coworker or worker said something like that that's what it was nothing more nothing less getting mad at me for what your damn so-called workers said and then they not no longer working there
