Leslie looks bad service on p825

We purchased this machine last summer. It stopped working 3 weeks ago. Leslie pools tried to fix it. Brought it home and it didnt work. We took it back. Its been 2 weeks now without them looking at it. We get the run around. I spent over 1000 for this vacuum. Its only a year old.
