I wanted to buy something from this site www.buybuybaby.com and every time when I tried to place my order something went wrong. I wasn't able to place the order myself so I contacted their customer service via phone and their rep said that I can my an order via phone and promised to help me. They asked me to wait on hold and promised to get back to me within 5-10 minutes. They finally returned 35 minutes later and said that they were too busy and asked me to call later. When I called no one picked up, I tried again next day and got the same result. In the end I gave up and bought from another site. What a lazy company. They just lost a customer and it seems that they really don't care.
