Language Issues

To deliver my master cards, they took 3 weeks to deliver. The calls us for fun time and kept unanswered for long time... they also have problem with language. Most of the customer care representatives are not bilingual as they find difficulties in understanding the English language. Not professional at all..... Rating 0.5 :(
