On 6/25 I visited the South Lakeland FL store with the intent of purchasing a mattress and box springs. A salesperson helped me but someone else came up asked a question and he was taken from helping me. There was a supervisor seated but did not appear to be available for customer service. After waiting for about 15 minutes to no avail, I left the store and went elsewhere to buy the mattress. That particular store with the exception of the cashier needs extensive training in customer service. This has not been the first time this has happened. I have purchased other merchandise Inc furniture but, from my last two experiences, I won't be purchasing anything more from Big Lots.
