I order calendars every year from Snapfish. This year, I had quite a bit of trouble trying to create the projects. I tried the online chat, but got someone from India. The person had no idea what I was talking about and offered advice that did not work. When the calendars arrived today, the quality was VERY poor. In the past, they were beautiful. I will probably switch to shutterfly. User's recommendation: Use Shutterfly.
