Lack of delivery; assured twice that problem would be corrected.

My newspaper is paid for in advance. I have not received a paper for five days. Yesterday I received a bill for next month. I have talked with your representative on two occasions & was assured both times I would receive back newspapers the following day which has NOT happened. A friend who lives within a mile of me received the same letter from our former carrier stating the change in their routes. There was NO interruption in her service. My neighbors are not receiving newspapers. Maybe your carrier does not know where Doru Drive is!!!! I have been here over 50 years but local residents are not familiar with my location.
