Keeping My Fingers Crossed
I, too, ordered Instant Elixir, got my "free" samples, and was then billed $89.98 or whatever. I called the number on my credit card listing for them, spoke to Audrey. She tried the same 35%, then 50% refund, then 75% refund as she was instructed. Anyway, she directed me to the terms section of the sales agreement, telling me it was for 14 days after purchase. I said, hmm, it is usually 30 days after purchase for a full refund. She insisted it was 14 days. I found the terms, and it plainly says 30 days. She says my money will be refunded in full. I am hoping this will be the case...(3/28/18) PS: I spoke with Audrey's boss and told him she handled my complaint satisfactorily for a full refund. Also, I got several emails per my conversation with Audrey, and one referred to the refund.
