I booked plane tickets online. I do not know what else to call this case, but by all indications it was a real theft! Tickets sent to me by email were for the wrong dates – another month! It turns out, the money was paid, but the goods were not received. They promised to help, but after 2 weeks it turned out that there were 12 days left before the flight, it was too late to change the ticket and they could not help me :- /
If you are actual Representative of China Southern Airlines Company you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
