I have booked a hotel stay two months in advance via www.choosearoom.com service. I paid for the room and received a payment confirmation message. One day before the vacation I contacted ChooseARoom customer care service just to ask something about the hotel, and their rep said that our booking was cancelled about a month ago!! The worst part is that no one from ChooseARoom bothered to contact us! They never said anything and we were left without a place to stay! I asked for a refund and they refused to give my money back. Are you kidding? They cancelled the room I paid for and refused to refund me. I would not recommend ChooseARoom to anyone. Just a bunch of scammers!
