Jamie Benson Does Not Keep His Word

We contracted with Mr. Benson to remodel our guest bathroom in August of 2005. He did, but it took almost a year. He has had to replace the tub once and now the doors leak and there is *** punched through to the adjoining bedroom. Mr. Benson has promised repeatedly to take care of the problems, even going so far as offering to install a smaller vanity and sink because we have been so patient. He had us select new tiles for the bathroom walls, told us he would take care of us, he said he never forgets a client and is extremely reliable. His last promise to us was to complete the work by Halloween of 2007. He hasn't and won't answer our phone calls. IN the course of all this he has found time to visit Australia, Europe, move from Moreno Valley to Del Mar, and change the name of his business.
