I’ve been waiting for my order / 212054****04718/

Order status is cancelled due to multiple attempts to deliver the item, first of all I never received message in delivering the item, no delivery person came to the house to attempt how come the status is cancelled??? I need to know exactly what's going with my order with tracking #SO001180****
