The poor quality of these stockings. I had them monogramed, so obviously can not return them. The lettering is puckered and can barely make out the name because of the thin threading. Also wish I had not ordered the monogramed picture frame with lettering so tiny you can't see it either. You could choose a font but not size. Could not reach anyone on the phone to help with my order but that would not have changed the disappointing quality on the stockings. I have ordered them in the past. They were beautiful and perfect. Not this time.
