It’s a piece of crap

I have one of these Sony Blu-ray wireless DVD players. My internet is fine all the other devices work but for some odd reason this device I got to enter my password like 8 to 12 times for it actually log me in. Then when I go to Netflix or Prime video it will work for 10 minutes then I get kicked out after that got to do the process all over again. Model No. (BDP-S3700) User's recommendation: DON'T BUY THEM!!!!!
