Items not received and lack of post cruise response

I purchased over $100 at the Crown Spa i have not received the merchandise. My husband and I had a couples massage and the technicians promoted all the items used during the treatments. We both purchased items he bought a skin brush and body oil for I purchased eye serum, collagen eye treatment and body oil I have not received my order . Our paperwork stated to contact them if items order have not been received within 10 days . I have not received my order. I expected Princes to help me resolve the matter given the cruise line is promoting the Elemis product line. Other cruise provide product on board to eliminate this type of problem. I expected the cruise line to stand behind the items promoted on the ship however I have not received a response from Princes or Elemis .
