As you will be able to see from your records of this order, I placed this order on the 7th November which is now over the allocated 30 days delivery. I have also emailed you on several occasions now and have not received an email of recognition or an emailing telling me what is being done to resolve this problem. The item that i ordered was a 1x Operator Excursion Hoodie - Navy / L. I ad one reply to give me a tracking number and this is the only response I received.
