From the beginning, he explained in detail how the process was to progress and never made a promise he couldn’t keep. Always on time and very accommodating. He took my fears out of the equation and explain the numbers to me in a way that I understood. Encouraged me to ask questions. Jack met deadlines that were very important to me and my invention.
