Installer sent out tried to scam me

The installer that Innovel sent out(contractor) tried to charge me $200 for a dishwasher and $100.00 for a hose. The $200 was to "Run it the right way" and the hose "I need". I ended up calling Costco to ask about these charges and he asked that I hang up and that he would give me the hose "no charge, but don't tell them I gave it to you". Shady scammer
