I called them out to find out why my dishwasher was not heating. I was told the heating element. So they came back out to replace the part. I had replaced the door seal myself. They pushed the door back onto its spring. They charged for a door repair not the heating element. The dishwasher still does not heat. I could not find the old heating element part. Looked in the dishwasher and found it sitting inside. I had run the dishwasher 3 times with it in there. Was never told where the part was. Then called back to fix again, and was told after waiting a week to get fixed, that I would have to repay for the inspection fee . I was told that because they pushed the door down that it voided the warranties. Basically there repairman misdiagnosed the problem, and they didn’t want to fix it. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company in my whole life. He could have told me this last Friday when I was talking to him. Do Not!!!! Use this company. They will overcharge and not fix your problem. I old give negative stars if I could.
