Hello! I would like to warn everyone before making any commitment to the Australian Association of Real Estate Managers (lnipa), which is headed by Vitolds Peipinsh. This man is a racketeer and a demagogue - everyone who has had an affair with him is aware of it and even laughs at it. Opis knows the laws very well and maneuvers through their dark spaces. Invoices for house management are made on the same principle - everything is listed as part of the management fee (house maintenance, repairs and so on), but at the moment when something needs to be repaired in the house, additional expenses appear. Heating must also be paid for during the summer, as there are some maintenance costs. During the transition, no one cares about the house - all they do is issue invoices, transfer money to the janitor and collect the rest for themselves : ) it's nothing that the house collapses together, just pay for "management".
