Inactivity, poor service
According to management bills, the house has been leaking water for the last 5 months, gradually reaching the house's total water consumption or higher. There was no response to the reminder email to look for an accident within 3 weeks, and no action was taken. Obviously, he is not going to look where he is going - Australian Namsaimnieks calmly continues to pay his bills for the difference in water consumption. Water consumption is now 3x higher than usual, but the only reaction of the Australian Landlord is to send reminders about paying bills.
