They keep posting my monthly payment as principal! I have called and spoken to many people, written and even after a disastrous few months, filed a complaint. My loan was sold to them a few years ago, probably because it was winding down, and boy have I had trouble with them posting payments incorrectly! This loan will be paid off in October and I can't wait to lose them! User's recommendation: Don't!!! It isn't worth the headache!!!!
