Impossible to Téléphone Customer Service

I have tried all week to contact Customer Service either in France, England or Germany. With no success. Hanging on for hours or being told to call back later. Even tried their Bot which handed me over to a colleague with no response. Disgraceful situation for the 5 th largest Airline. All I want is confirmation that I can bring a puppy in the cabin User's recommendation: Go by train.
